This Privacy Notice explains how First Fruits Health and Wellness ("First Fruits", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the First Fruits Journey application, website, and related services (the "Service").

1. Who we are

• Account data: name, email, password, authentication identifiers.
• Profile & wellness data: goals, preferences, food journal entries, photos of meals, weight, water intake, and other wellness inputs you choose to log.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, log data, cookies, and analytics events.
• Support data: messages you send us and their metadata.

Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not receive or store your full card number.

3. How we use personal data

• To create and secure your account and deliver the Service.
• To generate AI-powered meal recognition, nutrition insights, coaching, and recipes you request.
• To provide customer support and communicate service updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• To improve the Service through aggregate analytics.

4. Legal bases

We rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), your consent (for optional communications and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share personal data

• Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, database, email, and analytics providers that help us run the Service under contract.
• Payment processor — Stripe — securely processes card payments, handles billing, invoicing, and subscription management on our behalf.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
